The word ‘Comraich’ means ‘sanctuary’ in Gaelic—capturing the vision behind our work. Founded by Linda and Ken Liddell, Comraich Properties is dedicated to breathing new life into neglected commercial buildings, repurposing them into much-needed, thoughtfully designed homes.
In addition to commercial to residential conversions Comraich is exploring the creation of emergency housing, universally accessible homes, Specialist Supported Housing (SSH), refurbishments into HMOs, new builds and title splitting.
Developing our portfolio
Our previous property investments have been to build detached and semi-detached homes. We have also brokered substantial subdivisions and title splits.
Our focus has now turned to refurbishing houses into HMOs, commercial to residential conversions, creating Specialist Supported Housing, (SSH) and title splitting.
